Hello and welcome — I do alot as my website (jadedoesalot.com) attests BUT this newsletter focuses on my writing and creative life. I’m a speculative fiction writer who has published short fiction which you can find on my website and I’m currently focused on self-publishing my debut YA Fantasy novel The Lady Thief in Late Summer 2026.

I’ll keep you in the loop on a more concrete release date, exciting updates (anyone else love character art?), media recommendations I indulge in for inspiration (and to give my poor brain a break), and any musings that come to mind during my latest maladaptive dreaming session.
